Refund/ Return policy
Thank you for being part of the Flybboy family. We appreciate your business. It’s one of our top goals to jewelry you in pieces that you’ll love, but if it doesn’t work out, we’ve created our return policy to help simplify the return process and ensure you get exactly what you want. We encourage you to email our customer success team (service@flybboy.com) for any product-related questions to make sure you’re happy with the items you receive. Our return policy is subject to the flybboy Team Service.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@flybboy.com. Please note that the shipping address on the package is not a returning address. Before returning the product, you need to inform us of the reason for the return by email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Fast Refund:
Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with original label back to our return center. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.
Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account.
About Shipping Fee
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

PLEASE ATTENTION:
1. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first via email (service@flybboy.com).
2. Any addresses on the parcel are not the return address, pls must contact customer service team to provide you a correct return address.
3. Order Returned without an authorized return address from customer service staff will not be refunded.
4. Clearance products do not support return and exchange. (For example, an page or collection named with "Clearance" or a product with "Clearance" in the title)

2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
